Introduced in France by NIRP International in 1976 as 'Parfait'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Red, purple shading, yellow undertones.  Mild, cinnamon fragrance.  30 to 48 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, scalloped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Compact, well-branched.  Glossy, medium green, leathery foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
