This is growing in one of the older beds at Araluen.
Do those of you who know 'Picture' well think this is that rose?
The bloom is a modest size but quite perfect.

It would be a brave person who would identify a pink rose from a photograph, but I can say it is in the ball park for being Picture. Picture along with Madame Abel Chatenay were probably the two most popular pink roses of the first half of the C20. Both should still find a place in our gardens
