Origin:
Bred by Gilbert Nabonnand (France, 1882).
Introduced in France by Ph. Nabonnand et ses Fils in 1887 as 'Bardou Job'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1911 as 'Bardou Job'.

Bourbon, Hybrid Tea, Tea, Tea, Cl..  
Bloom:
Scarlet, darker undertones, darker reverse.  Strong fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Climbing, thornless (or almost), upright.  Large, dark green foliage.  
Height of up to 4' 11" (up to 150 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, hanging basket or hedge.
