Origin:
Discovered by Reverchon (France, 1897).
Class:
Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Red, white edges.  Strong, opinions vary fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.  
Height of 39" to 5' (100 to 150 cm).  Width of 3' to 4' (90 to 120 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Prefers cool sites..  shade tolerant.  Prune after flowering is finished.  
Notes:
'Royal Mondain' is not a synonym, but a misspelling of a similar rose ('Royat Mondain').

'Naše národní' is 'Baron Girod de l'Ain', reissued by Böhm under a new name.
