Bloom:
Seashell-pink, blush edges.  Strong fragrance.  Very large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Height of 3' (90 cm).  Width of 2' (60 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.  
Notes:
Dedicated to the memory of the French President Carnot who was assassinated in Lyons, France, on 24 June 1894.


One of the parents of 'Dr. W. Van Fleet'.
