Hybrid China.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Small, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.

Notes:
Elizabeth "Eliza" Fenning (1792- June 26, 1815), servant of Orlibar Turner, a tradesman of London. She was tried in 1815 with trying to muder the Turners with arsenic mixed into yeast dumplings, and hanged. In 1829 Orlibar's son, Robert Ipswich Turner, confessed to the crime before his death.
