Damask.

White, blush center.  Single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall.  Large foliage.

Notes:
Rosa Moschata was also called Rosa damascena in the 16th/17th centuries. Possibly Rosa x dupontii.
Thory and Desportes quote it as a synonym of Damas argentée, however this latter rose is double.
