Red. None to mild fragrance. 5 to 8 petals. Average diameter 3". Medium-large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium buds.
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, compact, mounded, spreading, well-branched. Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, attractive fall color foliage.
Height of 3' to 5' (90 to 150 cm).
USDA zone 4a and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden, hedge, landscape, rock garden, shrub or specimen. Vigorous. can be grown as a shrub. flowers drop off cleanly. heat tolerant. prefers full sun. produces decorative hips. rain tolerant. requires full sun for best color. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection). Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit. Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy. Prune dead wood. Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third.. Remove spent blooms only.

Excellent own-root vigor and excellent petal substance. Blossoms semi-double in cooler conditions.
