Bred by DvP Departement voor Plantengenetica (Belgium, before 2007).
Introduced in Belgium by Best Select in 2009 as 'Cicero'.

Bloom:

Light pink, yellow undertones. Double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).
