Bred by Eugene S. Boerner (United States, 1960).
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. (Newark, NY) in 1960 as 'Tiara'.
Introduced in France by Vilmorin-Andrieux in 1962 as 'Tiara'.
Class:
Floribunda, Florists Rose.  
Bloom:
White.  Moderate fragrance.  45 to 50 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
