Breeder's notes:
The rose is a pollination from April 22nd, 2003 that I have had done under artificial light.
It germinated in the early morning of November, 5th 2004 and flowered for the first time in June 2009!
It is the only seedling from my early crosses that had been hardy enough to come through the years in pots under the roof when I still had no garden on my own. Now its grown in a seedlings test site in my small remote garden which I own since May 2008.
This rose is the only seedling that germinated out of 7 seeds from one hip. Not much to select from, but its a good selection! ;-)
I think it took so long for it to show its beauty, because of the suboptimal situation in the pots.
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Ploidy:
Tetraploid
Notes:
I will use this plant for further crossings as the colouring is pretty unusual. The only thing to get better is the disease resistancy as the parents are disease tolerant but not really resistant in a strict matter (referring to black spot).
Relatively sure is its powdery mildew resistancy - I never have seen any on it over the years even inside and growing in a pot!
So its healthieness is ok for a Hybrid Tea rose but could be better for possible uses in contests or on trials.
Even still on its own roots the plant begins to branch well for a Hybrid Tea rose.
Further it did survive temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius very well.

There is a thread on the RHA Forum about it, that I started the last days:
