Introduced in United States by Rosemania in 2010 as 'Mary Pickersgill'.

Mini-Flora.  

Lemon-yellow, cream outer petals, light pink edges.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Tall, thornless (or almost), upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 20" to 3' (50 to 90 cm).  

Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, exhibition or garden.
