Introduced in United States by Rosemary's Roses in 2010 as 'Lovely Jessie'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink, white reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 1.25" to 1.5" (3 to 4cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, exhibition, garden or hedge.
