Introduced in Australia by Roses and Friends Archive of closed nursery as 'Royal Welcome'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red, white center, yellow stamens.  up to 5 petals.  Single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  
Habit:
Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 20" (up to 50cm).  Width: up to 47" (up to 120cm).
Growing:
Can be used for ground cover.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
