Origin:
Bred by Max J. Eber (United States, 2011).
Class:
China / Bengale, Hybrid Musk, Shrub.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Plant in partial shade for best color.
Breeder's notes:
Flowers favor 'Mutabilis' in their more ragged crepe de chine feel and look; form is not that good but curious enough to catch your eye when walking by and a nice fragrance. Buds are highly saturated and flowers overall are more colorful than the pictures show; however they do age to the white with the stained tips and more colorful reverse. Spiney but vigorous growth; this sent out late fall canes.

Many may consider this type of seedling inferior due to the softer color but something about it is nice so looking forward to see what this one does in 2014 and beyond.
