Origin:
Bred by Stephen Hoy (United States, before 2013).
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
Red and white, yellow stamens, red filaments.  Pinwheel-like petals.  None / no fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Small, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small buds.  
Habit:
Short, armed with thorns / prickles, compact, spreading.  Small, matte, medium green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  
Growing:
Can be used for container rose, garden or shrub.  Hardy.  drought resistant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant..  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.  Prune lightly or not at all.  
Breeder's notes:
Very small foliage, very small blooms. Did not bloom the first year, bloomed once second year, blooms regularly in flushes as of third year. No disease.
