Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Retail) in 2015 as 'Bellevue'.
Introduced in United States by Chamblee's Rose Nursery in 2016 as 'Gypsy Soul'.

Bloom:
Violet-red.  Moderate fragrance.  up to 70 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, cupped, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
