Bred by Nicolas-Joseph Prevost (fils) (France, 1828).
Class:
Hybrid Spinosissima.  
Bloom:
Lilac-pink veined white, with white petal bases and reverses.  Borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Dense foliage.  7 to 9 leaflets.  
Growing:
Hardy.
