Discovered by Captain Harry Stebbings (United States, 1980).
Introduced in United States by Country Garden Nursery (USA) in 1980 as 'Captain Harry Stebbings'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink.  Moderate, fruity fragrance.  35 to 50 petals.  Large, very double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
