Arvid`s garden Lista southwestern coast of Norway July 2008. It was originally not my intention to plant this rose in my garden as I had my mind rather set on Robin Hood which has more colourful flowers. I had problems getting this rose and one nursery offered me Ballerina instead. When I said I would think about it., I was told that few people seemed to want Ballerina as they still had a number of unsold plants left. My heart went out to the seemingly unwanted Ballerina like it usually does to unwanted plants in general, and my decision was made. The wonderful Ballerina is now a favourite, and with her bushy growth and continuous flowering throughout the season she has never given me any cause to regret my decision. Just for the record I also have Robin Hood now.
