Grey Pearl  rose photo courtesy of Kim Rupert

Encino, CA December, 2010 Most often when this flowers in higher heat, it is more double and quartered. This flower formed and opened during a long period of cool, damp to rainy weather, showing more of the coffee with cream tints in a significanlty less double flower. Though not framed exactly the way I would have liked, this is the only shot I could conjure which nearly shows the marvelous tints possible in a "happy" Grey Pearl.
