ANOTHER ‘Glowing Amber’ “SPORT” found July 1/04 on one of my budded tree roses. It is similar to it’s first sport ‘Amber Star’ (Brittany’s Glowing Star’ in Canada only) found by a local rose friend a few years ago.
Made one new cutting which is starting to root now after just 8 days and in 7 to 8 weeks I should see my first bloom from it. Hopefully it will “NOT” revert back to ‘Glowing Amber’ this time, as it did twice before in the last three years !!!
JULY 2006, It did revert back to 'Glowing Amber' !! Forgot to mention it in 2005.
