I love this rose too, it is one of my absolute favourites. I find it interesting that you cannot detect any fragrance - for me it has a medium strong fragrance that is truly delicious; I could sit and smell it all day! Just goes to show that the old adage "roses for noses and noses for roses" is not wrong! Lovely pictures btw. Steve

Personally I wouldn't call it medium-strong, although it does depend on the age of the bloom, time of day, temperature, etc. And of course your nose may be better than mine. But I agree it's slightly odd to see someone say Old Blush has no scent, although it's not necessarily a scent that you would notice if you were just passing. I find it to be very pleasantly scented when I actually get in there and sniff it.
@happymaryellen - If you like Old Blush, and I can quite understand why you would, you would probably also like its sport Archduke Charles. A similar bush, but with flowers that are usually* distinctly different and have tones that vary with age.
*The two cultivars can, at times, really show their family connection.
