Photo Id: 88281

From the 1926 series of Wills cigarette cards featuring roses.
Reverse of card reads:
GENERAL McARTHUR
Hybrid Tea
A garden rose which is useful for all purposes. Being free growing, hardy, and very free flowering, it may be used for bedding, or grown as a standard - in which form it makes an excellent head. It is very highly perfumed, and a rose well worthy of its present popularity. Should be pruned to three "eyes". Introduced in 1905.
