I just checked the date of my subscription and noticed that while I subscribed to premium membership in March 2018, I have been listed as a basic member since fall at least. (Sometimes I visit without logging in.)

Good heavens it is hard to ask for help here ;>)

This is Allegra Smith who has been absent due to a long time from a horrible accident. Since my husband died the original domain was stolen and too many ugly things happened that I need to go back to normal and work in my garden as best as I can managed.

This is the same Allegra Smith who was blessed by having the Allegra rose name after her and the one who tried for the past 1 hour to contact anyone directly to renew my membership and changed the email address which was stolen and it is now somewhere in China with nothing to do about roses and who does not want to put her new domain address here because my computer flashes this: Not secure, www.helpmefind.com/gardening/qcsFrm.php? qcCategory blah, blah, blah and so forth.\\

Still living in Oregon, looking forward to get back but even trying to use a new name and address I am told that someone else has my name ( lets try me) so you can answer how to renew my membership and use my now nearly 57 years not 47 of doing what I love and if I don't hear from anybody here, I will learn to live without you as you apparently have done very well without me ;>) Please either way delete my former email (antiqueroses.com)

Allegra,

Before I begin, we're sorry to learn of the passing of your husband and the numerous additional personal tragedies you've had to endure. I will do my best to make sure visiting HelpMeFind doesn't further complicate your life.

Your issue turned out to be a bit more complicated then it appeared on the surface but I believe we have it sorted out. Much of the problem stems from your having two HMF member accounts; we have merged them. It was heartening to be working on an issue for one of HMF's earliest members (3 digit member number!).

We responded to your earlier queries a while back but we did so using your original member account. We were not aware you never saw them - we should have requested some sort of confirmation from you to be sure.

Now back to your newly combined member account. We initiated a password reset on your behalf - you will receive an email - with a new, temporary password to use to sign in to your original (very old!) member account. Use your current email address for the guest id along with the new password we just sent.

We greatly look forward to your participation once again. I will be watching your account to see if you're able to sign in properly.

Hello HMF,

Are you aware that all our photos are now available in Google? I am so angry I could spit nails. I have had photos stolen before but now it is just a free for all.

Is there any way you can request to Google to keep their greedy paws out of this website? I disliked them before but now I am really angry at this invasion of privacy. If there is no other remedy I will go ahead and delete our page. I would hate to have to do so, but I am not a happy camper when I see our photos used by some commercial thief claiming it as their own.

Happy New Year and many more,

Allegra

We are not happy about this either and we are looking into the necessary changes to prevent this going forward and having existing photos removed from "google image". We expect to have this issue resolved very soon.

Barry and Allegra, thank you for your nice comment on "oshun".
I found this rose in the "The Uncommon Rose" Site and I really have been fallen in love with it. Unfortunately I´am living in Germany and Oshun is not distributed outside the United States. So tell me, do I really miss something? Is that rose still as good as described it? Kind regards, Anne

Oh Anne, a million apologies for the delay in answering this. For some reason in my laptop the bottom part of this page disappeared and not until today I found it. Better late than ever I guess... and I hope you forgive me.

Oshun is to die for! I have found that so far all the roses we have bought from The Uncommon Rose are to die for so this is truly a "department of redundacy department " comment ;-) I don't know if you can send any cuttings without soil to Germany, I must look into that. Perhaps if legal I could contact them and see if they are willing and able to send you a bareroot plant or some such. Let me know, I am in no way associated with that nursery but I like their customer service a lot and I am sure they are willing to help if they can.

Again, a thousand pardons for the delay and I hope you get this message, late as it may be.

Allegra
