Origin:

Bred by Dr. Franz Hermann Müller (Germany, 1897).
Introduced in Switzerland by Otto Froebel in 1899.

Class:

Hybrid Rugosa, Shrub.

Bloom:

Light pink. Strong fragrance. Very large, very double, cupped bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.

Habit:

Armed with thorns, climbing.
Height of 6' to 10' (185 to 305 cm). Width of 5' to 8' (150 to 245 cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b and warmer. Very vigorous.

Tetraploid
