Fryer's Roses says Lions International is a truly great garden rose named to celebrate the staging of the Lions Club International Convention which was held in Birmingham in 1998 (only the second time in Europe since Nice in 1962). The proceeds from the rose will benefit charities supported by the Lions Clubs.
