Bred by Charles Mallerin (France, 1944).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1951 as 'Vive la France'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Red, golden-yellow reverse.  Mild fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Very large, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Glossy foliage.  

Height: up to 6" (up to 15cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
