Yes Kathy, but the patent info says;
"A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided that abuntly forms attractive double flowers which are red striped with light pink and white. "

If so, then why did my PERFECT bloom that was entered in the Hybrid Tea class at the Riverside Rose Show this year get disqualified? Someone's got to give here. Why does the ARS feel the need to argue with the person that applied for the patent, which was probably the hybridizer?

Sorry to hear that! I do not know, but I do know that Georges Delbard had the patent listed as a HT.

Looking for a Henri Matisse but am at a loss as to where to get it. Where can I get it and is it only a certain time of year that I can purchase it?

Hortico cannot send this to the USA because of patent restrictions until 10/26/2010
