Origin:
Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007) (Germany, 1994).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 1994 as 'Charlotte'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  Mild fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

Accorsing to the US Patent for TANettola, the breeder's objective was to produce a Hybrid Tea with bright red flowers and that would make a good cut flower rose.
