Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1971 as 'Fairy Moss'.

Notes:
The first of Ralph Moore's Miniature Moss Roses. According to Moore, the buds are only lightly mossed, but it sets seeds readily and has proven to be a fertile parent. Interestingly, Fairy Moss produced few, if any, satisfactory seedlings when crossed with itself. Moore has had greater success crossing Fairy Moss with other varieties. He looks for roses with above average petal substance and vigor and has found that certain seed parents, like Rumba, produce a higher percentage of mossed seedlings.
Justice Miniature Roses says this rose has heavily mossed canes that are topped with semi-double, lavender pink blooms wrapped around yellow stamens... it is very hardy...
