This year it seemed to like the hot, dry and sunny weather. No colour-loss of the huge flowers and keeping the intense and good scent.

When I grew it, it reminded me of Peace. Everything was big, and wide, and fat, lol. Fragrant Cloud, on the other hand, was much shorter. Disease resistance? Average for a HT. Nothing special. The blooms are what is special. You either love them or hate them. Very potent.

To my surprise this rose's flowerpetals get a bad sunburn despite the thickness of them.
I must admit that today, it was way over 30° C with blazing sunlight.
It also lost its scent in the heat. Unlike Prince Jardinier!

In the description is written: "The added benefit is it has very good disease resistance for a Hybrid Tea."
But in dry weather it gets badly affected by rust! The leaves are almost covered with rust at the backside.
