Bred by J. Benjamin Williams (United States, before 1997).
Introduced in Canada by Hortico Inc. in 1997 as 'Paul Potter'.
Introduced in Canada by J.C. Bakker and Sons Limited in 2000 as 'Connie's Choice'.
Class:
Floribunda, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red and white, stripes. [Pink blend, stripes.].  Double (17-25 petals), ruffled bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for ground cover.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
