Origin:
Bred by Benjamin R. Cant & Sons (United Kingdom, 1901).
Class:
Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, lighter shading, silver(y) center, tan undertones.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  
Height of 6' to 9' (185 to 275 cm).  Width of 4' to 9' (120 to 275 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 9b.  Used for beds and borders, garden or specimen.  Vigorous.  benefits from winter protection in colder climates.  Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third..  Resist the urge to prune this rose too heavily -- it doesn't like it!.
