Bred by James W. Coiner (United States, before 1999).
Introduced in United States by Jim Coiner Nursery in 2001 as 'Frivolous Pink'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, pink edges, apricot shading.  Mild, opinions vary fragrance.  20 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Medium, compact.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 42" (105cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Prefers full sun.

Patent Application states that the rose is completely winter hardy, but does not state whether it was tested anywhere other than Wasco, CA. Under Reproductive Organs, it states "no pollen" and "no seeds." Disease resistance is stated as average.
