Hybrid Californica.  

Light purple.  Moderate fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium to large, single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Medium buds.  

Medium.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  

The purpose of this cross was to create a new seed parent and test the pollen parent's ability to pass along its pricklefree nature. So far this seedling appears to have an average number of prickles, but will be used with other Bayse's Legacy hybrids in hopes of concentrating the genes responsible for smoothness.
