Hybrid Banksia, Hybrid Californica, Hybrid Kordesii.
Bloom:
Deep pink. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 3". Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form. Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. Medium buds.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
Breeder's notes:
This hybrid brings together genes of banksia, californica and Rosa kordesii. I am hoping to combine the beautiful disease resistant foliage and long lasting color of Rancho Mirage with the grace and fragrance of Riverbanks.
