Notes:
Lloyd Brace at The Roseraie at Bayfields says this is rose is an ineffably lovely simple pink single that blooms but once a year and sets dark hips in the fall.

The Plant Science Dept. of the Nova Scotia Agriculture College evaluated 58 English Roses to assess their hardiness and disease-resistance. Robbie Burns was found to be winter hardy.
