Bloom:
Orange or orange-red.  Mild fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Height of up to 2' (up to 60 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Justice Miniature Roses says this rose, named for Tara Allison Justice, is a semi-double, somewhat like a geranium blossom, brilliant orange red... it doesn't like extremes of heat or cold...
