Damask Perpetual, Portland.  Red.  Mild to strong, damask fragrance.  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  USDA zone 4b through 9b.  
Height: 2' to 47" (60 to 120cm).  Width: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm). Unknown (1775).
