Origin:
Bred by Alexander Dickson II (1857-1949) (United Kingdom, 1920).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1921 as 'Florinda Norman Thompson'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, lemon-yellow undertones, darker center, seashell-pink outer petals.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Florinda Norman Thompson (April 11, 1896 - 1972 ) married on April 11, 1923 the English botanist and explorer Frank Kingdon-Ward. They divorced in 1937.
