Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  Golden-yellow, darker shading, ages to lemon-yellow .  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, high-centered bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Height of up to 10' (up to 305 cm).   Carl G. Duehrsen (1941).

Floribunda.  Apricot, light pink outer petals.  Strong fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Height of 3' to 42" (90 to 105 cm).   Dr. Keith W. Zary (2008).

Floribunda.  Yellow.  Flowers clear light yellow with reddish purple styles, blooms borne singly, few in clusters, round petals curl under, moderately quilled, imbricated. Petals drop off clean..  Strong fragrance.  Moderately full bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.   William A. Warriner (1982).

Hybrid Tea.  Golden-yellow, orange shading, red shading.  Mild fragrance.  Semi-double to double, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Height of 32" to 43" (80 to 110 cm).
