Bred by Samuel McGredy II (United Kingdom, before 1925).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1925 as 'Gwyneth Jones'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1926 as 'Gwyneth Jones'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Vermilion to salmon-orange.  Mild, lemon fragrance.  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Light green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , susceptible to Mildew.
