Bred by Louis (Ludwig) Walter (France, 1914).
Class:
Damask.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink.  Strong fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Climbing.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Prune after flowering is finished.
