Found Rose, Miscellaneous OGR, Species Cross, Turbinata.  Lilac - pink, ages to lighter .  Strong fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  USDA zone 3b through 9b.  
Height: up to 4'11" (up to 150cm).   Jean-Pierre Vibert (1819).
