Bred by César Chambard (France, before 1935).
Introduced in France by C. Chambard in 1936 as 'Rotary-Lyon'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1938 as 'Rotary-Lyon'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, carmine-pink shading, yellow reverse.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
