L.E. Cooke Co is a wholesale grower of deciduous trees and shubs, delivering bareroot to retail and wholesale nurseries across the United States and Canada. Established in 1944, this nursery has built a reputation for providing quality stock used for the home and commercial landscapes. In addition, the nursery specializes in hard to grow and specialized varieties unique to the trade.
Products range from Fruit trees selected to be the best tasting for the home orchardist (on Standard and Semi-dwarf rootstocks and the new EZ-Pick® pruning structure), Genetic Dwarf fruit trees, Almonds, Walnuts and Pecans, Grapes, Berries, Flowering Ornamental Trees, Shade Trees and Flowering Shrubs shuch as Lilacs, Altheas and Wisteria.
The nursery also sells to comercial growers and has a high reputation for supplying difficult to grow but popular items such as Jujubes, Persimmons and Pecans in addition to the easier to grow fruit trees.
Commercial flower growers have a wide selection of Flowering Apricots, Peaches, Lilacs, Contorted Willows and other items of decorative interest.
