Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lavender.  Mild, sweet fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, classic hybrid tea bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.

Arena Rose Co.'s Catalog 2000 Says Natasha Monet is the sport of a popular greenhouse rose and produces beautiful blooms of pale lilac. The unusual color is most pronounced during cool weather -- fading to white as heat sets in. The name commemorates the daughter of the introducers...
