Bred by Magnus Johnson (Sweden, circa 1980).
Introduced by Unknown in circa 1980 as 'Floralia'.
Class:
Atragene Group, Early Small Flowered, Group 1, Macropetala Group.  
Bloom:
Blue.  4 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Semi-double, nodding bloom form.  Mid-to-late spring, late summer.  
Habit:

Height: 6' to 8' (185 to 245cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Flowers on old wood.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Suitable for growing in a container.  No pruning required.
