Blue, white stamens.  4 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Single, long tepals bloom form.  Mid-to-late spring, late summer.  
Habit:

Height: 8' to 10' (245 to 305cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Plant in soil that drains well.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Suitable for growing in a container.  No pruning required.
